1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer. The estimated timeline will be communicated at the time of order.
     

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines usually range between 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • International shipping (if applicable) timelines and costs will be shared at checkout or upon request.
     

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or minimum order values, as communicated from time to time.
     

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or app.
     

5. Packaging & Safety

  • Each product is carefully packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging.

  • In case the package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
     

6. Delays

  • While we make every effort to deliver within committed timelines, delays may occur due to:

    • Courier or logistics issues

    • Unforeseen weather/natural events

    • Public holidays or strikes

  • Arunim Jewels is not liable for such delays, but our team will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

Refunds

  • We follow a No Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Replacements

  • Replacement is applicable only in the rare case of receiving a damaged or broken piece.

  • To be eligible for a replacement:

    • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged product must be shared as proof.

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • After verification, a replacement piece will be sent. If the same design is unavailable, an alternative of equal value will be provided.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, design, or texture are natural in handcrafted jewelry and will not be considered as defects.

  • Replacement is not applicable for damages caused by mishandling, improper storage, or wear & tear after delivery.
