Replacements

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

After verification, a replacement piece will be sent. If the same design is unavailable, an alternative of equal value will be provided.
Important Notes

Minor variations in color, design, or texture are natural in handcrafted jewelry and will not be considered as defects.

Replacement is not applicable for damages caused by mishandling, improper storage, or wear & tear after delivery.
